Terms of sale
Booking Procedure:
– The client sends an inquiry via website, e-mail or phone.
– After agreement on date and price, Korčula Charter sends a booking confirmation and, if selected, a CorvusPay Paybylink.
– The contract is concluded once Korčula Charter issues written confirmation after receiving payment.
Payment Terms:
– Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer, or online card payment via CorvusPay Paybylink.
– Korčula Charter does not store card details.
Service Delivery:
– Fishing trips and boat rentals are provided at the agreed location and time.
– The service is completed after the trip or rental period ends.
Delivery Costs:
– Services have no delivery costs, except for boat delivery to another location.
Restrictions and Regulations:
– All clients must comply with Croatian maritime and fishing regulations.
Cancellation Policy:
– Cancellations made at least 1 day prior to the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
– Later cancellations are non-refundable.
– Refunds are processed using the same method as the original payment.
Complaints and Refunds:
– Complaints can be submitted via e-mail or phone, response within 15 days.
– Refunds are always issued using the same payment method.
Warranty and After-Sales Services:
– Not applicable as services are provided, not products.
– Vessels and equipment are always in proper working order.
Codes of Conduct:
– Korčula Charter operates in accordance with Croatian and EU law, professional standards and consumer protection principles.
Jurisdiction:
– These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
– Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Dubrovnik, Croatia.
